# Directions:
01 - Combine pineapple juice, sugar, and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until syrup thickens slightly. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean container. Allow to cool completely before use.
02 - In a cocktail shaker or large jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine chilled guava nectar, passionfruit juice, coconut milk, and cooled pineapple-ginger syrup. Add ice cubes and seal the container. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well blended and frothy.
03 - Pour the mixture evenly into two tall glasses filled with fresh ice cubes, distributing the liquid and foam equally between servings.
04 - Top each glass with pineapple wedges or edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.
