# Directions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - If using lettuce, wash and chop it. For grains or cauliflower rice, cook according to package directions.
03 - Slice cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. Prepare any optional add-ons (cook bacon, slice avocado, fry eggs, etc.).
04 - In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
05 - Divide the base among 4 bowls. Top with cooked meat, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and shredded cheese. Drizzle generously with the burger sauce.
