07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

12 - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
13 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
15 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
16 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
17 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
18 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
19 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
20 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
21 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
# Directions:
01 - Set air fryer to 400°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Whisk together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl until well combined.
03 - Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
04 - Pat green beans dry with paper towels. Dip each green bean into egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
05 - Place coated green beans in single layer in air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
06 - Air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
07 - While fries cook, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, chives, dried parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
08 - Transfer crispy green bean fries to serving plate. Serve immediately with ranch yogurt dip on the side.
